Spiti Valley - Ride of our Dreams

We three friends from the Super Bike Team recently completed the Spiti Valley bike expedition with Sameera Dahiya, and we are truly glad and proud that our team leader is an Indian Record Holder. It was truly an experience of a lifetime.

As an Indian record holder, Sameera could’ve easily ridden ahead. But instead, she rode with us. Waited for us. Taught us. She pushed us on the climbs, celebrated with us at every rugged terrain, and her fearless riding skills made our ride smooth and at ease.

What stood out most was her leadership:

Every briefing, every safety check of bikes and gear, flawless planning, incredible route knowledge, and the evening get-togethers — all of it showed how much Sameera cared for the team.

We didn’t just ride through Spiti. We understood it, respected it, and came back safer because of her guidance.

Spiti roads will always throw unexpected challenges.

When one of our female riders had a fall and suffered a leg fracture, Sameera took charge instantly. The way she stayed calm, gave first aid, arranged evacuation, coordinated with locals and the hospital, and still kept the team together and the itinerary on track — that’s what true leadership looks like.

If you want to do Spiti and do it right, ride with someone who has not only set records but also knows how to lead people through the toughest roads in India.

Rather than going with random commercial trip organisers who only focus on business, I genuinely feel we should support passionate riders from our own fraternity — incredibly talented riders like Sameera who feel and understand a biker’s pulse at every stage.

Riding with Sameera was the perfect sync of Fun, Adventure, and Adrenaline 🏍️🏔️

The only “issue” I faced with Sameera?

Throughout the ride, she was having 10X more fun than I was.... and I was not comfortable with that 😜😜
